PASTOR TIM THOMPSON
is an approachable, authentic and practical spiritual leader. He developed his transparent preaching style through many years of daily living in passionate pursuit of the Lord and His presence.
Growing up as the son of missionaries in Argentina, Pastor Tim would translate for many of God’s great revivalists, such as Carlos Anacondia and Claudio Friedzon. Before his parents answered the call to the mission field to join Ed Sivolso and Harvest Evangelism, they were staff pastors for a growing Baptist church in Sebastabal, California. At the young age of 3 Tim invited Jesus to be His Lord and Savior. At the age of 10 he was baptized with the Holy Spirit at a church camp.
Through Harvest Evangelism Tim was given opportunities to travel and minister internationally during his college years at San Jose Christian College. He traveled and ministered in England, Scotland, Mexico and throughout Argentina. In 1997 he met Kari and they were married in 2000. They partnered with FountainGate Ministries and ministered at many conferences, including ministry in Australia. On the way home from Australia the Lord spoke to them to begin a new church in the East Valley. Today Fountain of Life is a thriving church.
KARI THOMPSON
is an anointed prophetic teacher/preacher as well as a passionate worshipper. She has learned that His presence must be a way of life. As Tim’s wife and the mother of 2 children, Noah and Emily, she finds life to be on the fast track many times. She sets a great example of how to balance family and ministry.
Kari grew up in a pastor’s home and has walked with the Lord many years. She accepted the Lord Jesus into her heart at the age of 3 and was filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 5. When she was in junior high, she was used by God to be a catalyst for spreading the powerful news of the baptism of the Holy Spirit to all of her classmates. She even launched an early morning intercessory prayer initiative at the school. At the same time, revival broke out in her parent’s church and she received impartations from some of God’s key leaders who came to minister at the revival. Such leaders as Dr Fuchsia Pickett, Chuck Pierce, Cindy Jacobs, Iverna Tompkins and Dutch Sheets were regular speakers who greatly influenced her life.
Today, Pastor Kari plays an integral role at Fountain of Life as she co-pastors with Pastor Tim. God uses her to implement true changes in the lives of His people as she ministers to the deep places within them. As well, she started Mission Kitchen 153, the Fountain of Life food pantry, with 2 cans from her own pantry and now it feeds 1,500 people a month!
LANORA MORIN
APOSTLE
LaNora has serve as the Apostolic Covering since the inception of Fountain of Life Christian Fellowship. She has a wonderful legacy in the ministry, being raised up and trained by Dr Fuchsia Pickett. LaNora holds a Bachelors in Communication and Education along with a Master’s and an honorary Doctorate in Biblical Studies. As a certified life coach, she serves at home and abroad with a heart for equipping others to do the work of the ministry. To LaNora, raising up a legacy of on-fire revivalists for the Glory of God is the primary mission.
Along with her husband Jody, they call Fountain of Life Christian Fellowship home. She currently serves in an apostolic role at Fountain of Life Christian Fellowship in Mesa, Arizona. LaNora is also the apostolic oversight for FountainGate Revival Center in Tucson, Arizona. Because LaNora felt the heavy burden to train and equip the people of God, she founded FountainGate School of Revival, an online, fully accredited Bible College. She also holds prophetic conferences focusing on Revival and refreshing God’s people.
